Referral and Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Universitydestruction Remodeling works and how we earn money. This page explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Is Universitydestruction Remodeling?

Universitydestruction Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or any other remodeling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Do We Get Paid?

Providers or marketing partners may pay Universitydestruction Remodeling for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone answers it. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Universitydestruction Remodeling does not offer financing.

Are Providers Part of Universitydestruction Remodeling?

No. Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Universitydestruction Remodeling. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it talks with you and how it behaves

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

Do You Have to Hire Anyone?

No. You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Are Calls Recorded?

Possibly. Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
